Delivery

We will always aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days. Should you request delivery sooner, you may be charged for this. We shall contact you first to confirm any additional delivery costs. Please see our Delivery details page for more information.

Returns Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase(s), we agree to refund the full amount (less delivery costs) as long as items are returned within 14 days in a perfect and re-saleable condition, including original packaging, instructions etc. We recommend proof of postage is obtained from the Post Office when returning any items.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should an item be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please return it by regular mail to the address shown on the delivery note and enclose a letter stating the problem. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
