Delivery Details

Please see our Zone table to check the delivery cost for to your area.

Available items will be delivered to Zone 1 within 5-10 working days. For other zones delivery times will be extended.

Available items will be despatched within 5-10 days of order date. We will inform you immediately if any item is not available and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

You will not be charged until your order is despatched and an email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been despatched. Your order should arrive within 3 working days following this email.

Items can be returned for a refund, providing they are returned in a perfect and re-saleable condition, including original packaging, instructions, etc. within 14 days. Please see delivery note for returns address. We regret postage is a direct cost and cannot be refunded.

Delivery Zones

Our Postage charges are grouped by delivery zones.

Zone 1

£6.00 on all orders.

Includes England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland and postcodes listed in Zone 2.

Zone 2

£10.00 on all orders.

Includes Scottish Highlands and postcodes AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49 and PH50.

Zone 3

£25.00 on all orders.

Includes Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

Zone 4

For deliveries overseas, we will contact you after receiving your order, and provide details of delivery costs.
